At Carharrack Farm & Country Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

  Send your parcel back to our Carharrack location using a tracked courier service, or simply bring the items directly to our farm store counter.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or complete your exchange within 5-7 business days.
